Create transitions

You create transitions in the Schema directly under the relevant state. Then link the subsequent state to the transition.

Requirements: A transition must have a subsequent state. If a transition has no subsequent state, the configuration is not allowed.

Note: A state can have multiple transitions.

Instruction:

  1. Create a new subsequent state under the States attribute or select an existing subsequent state

  2. Create a new transition under a state:

     

    Note: The state under which you create the transition for the new state is the predecessor state of the new state. You can set the new state only when its predecessor state is active.

  3. Enter a label and confirm with the Enter key

  1. Copy the following state

  2. Add the state under the transition as a reference:

     

  3. Save via the toolbar of the SystemAdministration

Result:

You can set the new state via the transition if its predecessor state is active:
